School Location

Cedarbrae School is located in the southwest community of Cedarbrae, serving the community of Cedarbrae. Students from Cedarbrae School move on to Louis Riel School for Grades 7 to 9 and then to Henry Wise Wood High School.

About the School

The school was built in 1976 and is situated on 8.5 acres. The school has 10 classrooms, a library, rooms for music andart , as well as a networked computer lab and a high school-sized, two-station gymnasium that easily allows daily physical education for all. In October, 2000, Cedarbrae School officially opened a new creative playground as part of the school community's millennium project. In 2004 a naturalization project was opened at the front of the school to provide students environmental learning and appreciation opportunities.
