Hamptons School, The
School Location
If a Kindergarten - Grade 3 child lives in The Hamptons, but beyond the 1.2 km. walk zone, the child will be bussed to The Hamptons School. A map indicating the bussed areas is available at the school.
About the School
The school was built by The Hamptons developer, Tirion Properties, in 1999. The school has a large 2-story multi-purpose room for physical education, fine arts activities, team teaching projects, special events, and other activities. The school has a complete library with space for print, audio/visual and technological resources. Each class has a pod of networked desktop computers and a mounted SMARTBoard, the school has wireless access and a portable laptop lab. All classrooms have connection to the internet and the school network server.
