Kingsland School is located in the southwest community of Kingsland. The Kindergarten to Grade 6 French Immersion program at Kingsland School was closed June 30, 2007. Students from Connaught School are accommodated here while Connaught School undergoes renovations.
About the School
The school was built in 1960 with fourteen classrooms. In the early 1980's an addition was placed on the school to house the library and five open area classrooms. The school has a large playing field complete with a regulation-size soccer field. There are three creative playgrounds found in different locations around the schoolyard.
