Mount View School is located in the northeast community of Mount View, serving the communities of Mount View and Winston Heights. Students from Mount View School move on to either Colonel Macleod or Georges P. Vanier School and then on to either Crescent Heights or James Fowler High School.
About the School
The school was built in 1948 and is situated on 5.22 acres. The school has 7 classrooms, a library, a computer lab, gymnasium, music room, and an art room. Mount View School also houses a new Before and After School Care program run by Churchill Park Family Care Society, the SOS program (Self Esteem Opportunities for Success )as well as the Area II offices and conference rooms.
