
School Location
Sam Livingston School is located in the southeast community of Lake Bonavista.
Our French Immersion program includes students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 and serves the communities of Acadia, Auburn Bay, Bridlewood, Cranston, Deer Ridge, Deer Run, Diamond Cove, Douglasdale, Douglas Glen, Fairview, Lake Bonavista, Bonavista Downs, Lake Chaparral, Maple Ridge, McKenzie Lake, McKenzie Towne, Ogden, Parkland, Queensland, Riverbend. Willow Park, Copperfield and New Brighton. Students in K-Gr. 5 from Lake Chaparral and Bridlewood attend Sundance School. French Immersion students move on to Fairview School for Grades 7 to 9 and then to Dr. E.P. Scarlett High School.
About the School
The school was built in 1972 and is situated on 9.01 acres with two soccer fields, two baseball diamonds, and a creative playground for each of Division I and Division II students.
The school was extensively renovated in 2000-2001 and now has 24 classrooms including a music room and a fully equipped computer lab. The library is both physically and philosophically the centre of the school.
