School Location
Sherwood School and Banting and Best School has Kindergarten through Grade 9 and is located in the southeast community of Ogden, serving the communities of Lynnwood, Millican, Ogden and Riverbend. The Sherwood building houses Grades 5 through 9 while the Kindergarten through Grade 4 students are housed in the Banting building. Students cross the parking lot located between buildings for a variety of purposes including sharing assemblies, accessing the art room located in one site, use of the three gymnasiums for many events and to buddy or peer tutor. As our campus concept develops we envision many more purposeful reasons for students to access learning in either site. Riverbend is the only feeder school for Grade 7's outside of those who have attended on site. Students more on from Grade 9 to either Western Canada or Central Memorial high Schools.
