School Location
Vista Heights is a small school with a family atmosphere. We have some multi-aged classrooms from grades 1-6. We also have a full day kindergarten class. Our families speak 17 different home languages. We value and celebrate the growing diversity in our community. All of our classrooms are brightly lit with skylights. Our parent council has supported our growing library collection and technology. Our students have the benefit of computers in classrooms, calculators, SmartBoards and a modern computer lab. We also work with many artists-in-residence. We value infusing both technology and fine arts into all areas of the curriculum. Students from Vista Heights School move on to an arts centred school, Sir John Franklin for Grades 7 to 9 or to Colonel McLeod and then to Crescent Heights High School.
