School Location
William Roper Hull School is located in the southwest community of Woodbine and is operated as a partnership between the Calgary Board of Education and Hull Child and Family Services. We offer highly specialized and individualized programs that focus on the development of academic and vocational skills for students with behavioral and emotional difficulties. Students are primarily referred to us through Hull Child and Family Services and the Calgary Board of Education's School, Student, and Parent Services.
About the School
The school was built in 1974 and is situated on 30 acres with residential cottages and the agency administration building. Hull School has 9 classrooms, 1 secure treatment classroom, and 4 transition classes in elementary, junior high, and senior high community schools. We offer our students a gymnasium, resource center, artist-in-residence program, computer lab, and woodworking and auto shops.
